⏳ Production Time

All of our art prints are made to order, with great attention to detail.
Production takes up to 15 business days after payment confirmation.

Note: If your product is ready before this deadline, it will be shipped immediately.

🚚 Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Correios (Brazilian Postal Service), using the PAC service.
Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow the status of your delivery.

📅 Delivery Times

The delivery time is provided at the time of shipping and may vary depending on your location.
Please note: delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, during business hours).

📬 Receiving Your Order

It is essential that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Please double-check the details entered during registration before completing your purchase.
If the order is not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping, including a new shipping fee.

🔁 Delivery Attempts

The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts to the address provided.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our distribution center.
In such cases, a new shipping fee will be charged for resending the order.
